Top Ten Tuesday! Authors I've Only Read One Book From But NEED to Read More

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish.

So last week we took off from this meme. We just didn't want to single out certain books or authors so we skipped it. But we're back!

Jojo Moyes - Me Before You was one of my favorite books this year. It completely shattered me, but left an impression. Plus, Moyes' writing style was fluid and appreciated.

Mark Edwards - This man knows how to do thrillers. I loved Because She Loved Me and have heard great things about his other books, too.

Edith Pattou - I know not all of her books are written in verse, but the one I read was and it sold me on her.

E. Lockhart - I have to have something to compare We Were Liars to.

Leslye Walton - The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender was phenomenal. I can't wait to not only reread it, but other treasures from this author.

Necole Ryse - The Legacy blew my mind. I can’t wait for the follow up because cliffhangers, not my thing.

Emma Chase - I was in stitches with her characters and I love how she married sexy and funny. I really should finish the Tangled series.

Joy N. Hensley - Her debut novel was everything I ever wanted in a YA book. Her writing styles was addicting and so were her characters. I can’t wait till her next comes out.

Brooke Moss - I tend to like books with babies. I don’t know why but Brooke Moss told a great one with Baby & Bump. Humor and romance done well.

Robyn Schneider - I feel like she is underrated and needs to be in the spotlight more.
Until Next Time!

  1. I've read or heard of most of Keira's picks. I do want to read another E. Lockhart for the reason you mentioned! I'm almost scared to try JoJo Moyes also for the reason you mention!
Nikki - Yours are a little less familiar but I'm dying to read Rites of Passage. I've seen the cover for The Legacy and wanted to read it just because of the cover. Glad to know you enjoyed it enough to want to read more of the author!
    Great list!

Here's my list. I've started doing them on YouTube as an experiment. Like and comment if you get a chance. :) http://youtu.be/I12_Yd-x2tM?list=UUP4Ao6fj3mLXHqOSSxyqh8w
